Genneral Staircase

Masterfully crafted for Clarendon Homes, Genneral Staircase manufactured and installed this spectacular, curved staircase in their West Pymble display home. The feature treads, risers and handrail were all designed using ASH’s brand of American Oak – Glacial Oak.
Genneral Staircase combine superb craftsmanship with creative flair and an exceptional understanding of contemporary living to manufacture staircases of such distinction. With an in-house specialist polishing team, the completed staircase and handrail demonstrates an unmatched, polished finish that makes the straw blonde colour of the timber shine.
Glacial Oak is consistently blonde in appearance, select grade and crown cut. It provides stability and durability that surpasses species such as Victorian ash and Tasmanian Oak and is processed in Australia at ASH’s Heyfield timber mill.
Available in a full suite of staircase components, Glacial Oak is supplied straight line cut, fault docked, packed to set dimensions in small and affordable packs to allow staircase manufacturers to focus on cost efficiently when building and installing stairs.
