ATLANTA BUILDING

Light, airy and earthy is the approach taken for this twenty first century home.
Atlanta Building, a Byron Bay based building company spearheaded this project to take the client’s vision and turn into reality. Atlanta Building is an MBA multi award winning company that ‘are experts in delivering custom built homes of all sizes and designs’.
The Byron Bay house was an extensive alterations and first floor addition including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dual living spaces, a new swimming pool and cabana. The brief was to create an inviting and warm home for the family occupying it.
ASH were approached by Atlanta Building to supply the engineered flooring. They were after a light flooring that would suit the decor and add to the warm palette. Cotton White was the colour of choice, seeing that it is a lighter option to a natural Victorian ash flooring.
Australian Oak engineered flooring is extremely versatile. Not only do you get the choice in colour, but you also choose the grade, texture and lustre. It is available in 190×15 with a 4 or 2mm wear layer with other custom size options that can be found here.
